Posted in Training : Oct 17, 2011 2:34amOne of my biggest challenges right now is TIME (getting more of it, managing what I have, staying organized, being focused as I am a little ADD, meal prep/scheduling and getting in all my workouts). Today is my cooking day, I love to cook :) but prepping for this bikini show means eating almost the same things everyday!! Trying to be creative with spices and utilizing calorie free food, but it's definitely not as fun as having the freedom to cook with more ingredients. Back to TIME...see how easily I get distracted ;) so today I made the move to buy all pre-cut/washed vegg
