Fit Status:
Today: 90 minutes of cardio, weight training everywhere! I want to feel the burn in my ear lobes!
I was REALLY fat and I was just tired of it! I was trim and fit until 21years old. I got into a terrible relationship and gained over 100lbs! Now, at 27 I have to undo all the damage I've done.
Why I Love It:
Endorphins!
I love the results I see, keeps me motivated! I just feel SO good after working out-I'm addicted to that feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering WHY I'm going to the gym. I have a mini pep talk with myself, "Marilyn, you're going to come out looking and feeling better than you did when you went in. That makes the goal just a little bit closer!". I also think about having sexy abs and thighs...that makes me get in the gym and work it hard!
BB Accomplishments:
It's taken me 2 years to lose 65lbs...I did it slow but it's been a lifestyle change. I didn't go on crazy diets, just ate right and did as much exercise as I could at that time. Now I'm pushing myself harder and harder-I'm at the gym for 3-4 hours 4x per week. I would go everyday if I could but I work 12 hour shifts 3x/week and I'm just beat on those days.

Sadly, this was not even my heaviest! I believe I was 265lbs here and this was last year. I don't have any pics of me at 290lbs...I guess I was good at avoiding cameras then.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to complete the Rock N Roll Marathon next year, as well as the Tinman Triathlon. I'm not at the point where I can compete, I just want to finish.
Other than that, I would like to be 160lbs in a year-toned and ripped in two years. That means that I have 60lbs of fat to get out of the way first. I give myself a little over a year for the fat to be gone...I miss wearing WHATEVER I wanted!

I do not know much about the food services you mentioned. I'm gonna read up on them. Well this body certainly is feeling these 40 years on my muscles and joints today. ;) Keep smiling.

Training is going well.... today was a day off... and well deserved! Hope your workin hard as well! It sucks to not see the scale much moving lately, but the measuring tape is all I need now to realy track my progress!
I like cardio myself. I havnt really done anything for about the last year or so. This time Im going for something a little different. I think my neck cramped on me or something..it got really stiff and I couldnt turn my head for a few days. All good now. As far as you needing to lose weight...you have to do what makes you happy but from my point of veiw...you look good the way you are, but i like a girl to be a little thick..:)
