I stay motivated by remembering WHY I'm going to the gym. I have a mini pep talk with myself, "Marilyn, you're going to come out looking and feeling better than you did when you went in. That makes the goal just a little bit closer!". I also think about having sexy abs and thighs...that makes me get in the gym and work it hard!
I also remind myself that I deserve to be healthy and fit, there is no one to blame but myself if I dont reach my goals. Anything is possible, make it happen.
My progress is slow, and sometimes I fall off the horse, but I get back up-that's what matters.
