I got started with 10 pound dumbells,and a floor!!I started when i enter highschool.i noticed how guys with 6 packs got all the atention of the girls,and the main reason,guys who were born a little muscular always called me a toothpick that just ticked me off...so one day i looked in the mirrow and saw my poor physice,and i said LETS DO THIS...then 3 months in training i discovered bodybuilding.com,its the best it keeps me motivated....SO LETS DO THIS!!!

by looking at people who startd like me and ended up ripped and massive
I work in finance behind a desk all day grinding out reports, so you can imagine the type of body it's easy to end up with if you don't watch yourself, LOL
Thanks :) - Sorry that it's taken so long for me to respond I haven't been on here for like two weeks... It's my jobs busy period + I'be been trying out several new gyms, so I've hit as many as 3 in a day, so it been exhausing to say the least! How's everything going with you?? You look great.

not a hell of a lot really to be honest, you would be kinda surprised how little i do in the way of ab work. I typically do cable crunches, hanging knee raises and standard crunches once or twice a week max
I do a lot of flies for my chest at all angle (flat, decline and incline) with my regular bench's at those angles...Abs I do a lot of cable pull downs and leg lift exercises
Normally i'll do something like 5 sets of 5 reps either on the incline or flat bench,if i do flat i'll fallow it with incline d.b. presses 3 stes of 8, or the other way around if i start with inc. i'll fallow up with inc cable or d.b flyes 3 sets of 8, then decline presses 3 sets of 8, and i'll finish off with 3 or four sets of push ups till falliure, but i'm always mixin it up week to week
yeah bro just stick to protien, drinking a ton of water and just overall good eating. dont get into anything like creatine untill your bodys done growing.
Train mon-fri. 30 minutes cardio every morning then lift in afternoon. monday chest & shoulder & abs. tuesday quads & calves. wednesday back and traps. thursday bi's & tri's & abs. friday hamstrings & calves.do 3 exercises each muscle group wit 3 sets. reps are 12 10 and 8. GOOD LUCK WITH ALL YOUR GOALS BRO!!
