What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't mind when they grunt, gruntly loudly is annoying.

LOL I know the feeling!! My hips are like that too...I barely have any fat in my tummy area and they're still big. So pretty much no matter how lean I get they'll always be around...what can you do, right? :) Just gotta balance things out! Trust me, my background lovingly passed on the "curvy" genetics...not such a bad thing, but it does get annoying :P

I've lost 15 pounds this year so far. I'm not too impressed with that, but I have lost a great amount of inches, 16 in total. So I'm pretty sure I haven't lost much weight because I'm gaining muscle. I hope you get to where you want to be in 11 weeks!!! :)

oh i hear ya, keto can be pretty rough but at least you're both making the effort to eat healthy good luck with the parents, I'm in the process of convincing my parents to try and make a serious change before I lose them to issues they could solve via diet/moderate exercise...already got my sister on board
