My husband and his cousin are both body builders and I wanna look good for my husband plus I wanna be healthier and look awesome so I decided I needed to start working out to get my awesome body I used to have back!!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself and it also lets me know that I am making an effort to get my healthy life back at the same time.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband always gives me complements about how good I look!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting out of size 11 jeans back to my size 7 jeans.
At Home:
Dancing around house for a couple hours.
Cleaning for another couple hours.
At Gym:
30-45 Minutes of Treadmill
30 Minutes of weight Machines.
15-20 Minutes of Free Weights.
15-20 Minutes of Ab Machines
15-45 Minutes of Treadmill again.
At Home:
More cleaning and dancing until I go...

Yeah, I know that feeling all too well. I had a bit of an incident last night (it'll be in my blog), so I need to rachet it back some as well... Glad to hear your feeling better...
Wow... We're you pushing yourself too hard? I've been fortunate not to pull any muscles (yet). I had a gym partner who pulled one in his leg while doing squats.
it happens in the start, when you going to make it a routine , then you wont feel the pain, another thing, must lots of warm water baths, you wont feel it toomuch, .....keep it on , you wil b fine, dont press too much at once, i meant to say , dont do hard exercise in the start, do it slow ,......
