How I Started:
I started working out consistantly when I noticed my body had to much fat on it, and I knew I could be alot more toned. Also when I met my boyfriend who is a certified personal trainer himself(bb.com ID- DoItUp)he got me into working out, I then really started to take working out seriously using the workouts that he gives me and the nutritional advice. As soon as I started working out I fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is time just for me, I love seeing the results, the hardwork pays off and its healthy, I want to live a long healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep motivated because the results are amazing, my boyfriend also helps keep me motivated and on track.
I am aiming to become a police officer so being in shape is key.
Being healthy is a big deal, feeling like you can do anything because your in such good shape is a huge help to keep me motivated
Mountain Biking & Triathlon is my sport and being able to podium because of my progress last summer was the best feeling!
BB Accomplishments:
- Quit drinking two years ago (which is hard considering everybody at my age does)
-Now work out 6 days a week!
FINALLY hit my squat goal of 135 pounds(including the bar & 45 pounds a side!) - on May 14th 2009
-Mountain biking podium over the past 4 years
-Triathlete

Fitness is important in law enforcement... especially in riots and tackling drunks (fun fun fun)... looks like you are on the right path.. keep up the good work
