Meal Plan!

I eat 1200-1400 calories! I cut my plate into thirds, 1/3 is a lean protien, 1/3 is either a carb or starch not both, then the other 1/3 is veggies. I do not eat until I am full but only until I am content. At lunch I do allow myself a small treat that I share with my accountability partner. This has really helped me because I feel I am not depriving myself. If I still am hungry and feel I need seconds I grab a handful of veggies and drink some more water. Also, I drink tons and tons of water, the last thing i need is to get dehydrated and start gaining weight from retaining water! I also, keep a journal of what I eat and the amount of calories in each meal, I am visual so writing it all out and crunching the numbers shows me my weak areas so I can work on them.

I am visual so I keep pictures of admirable people nearby or pictures of the body i want! Also, I have quotes posted and dfinitions of mediocre and insanity posted. Also, i get hyped up music and have an accountability partner.

Amanda8791 Did not workout yesterday my body was just so exhausted so i slept in today and have aerobics at 3:30 and wil do my turbo workout at 6:30!

Amanda8791 Welp peeps I slept in this morning instead of working out but I will get it done at 3:30! I know my body needed the rest!
