my calevs are small at the moment but there getting bigger, hard to get a pic of them butt ill try. im working on standing up tip toes doing about 4 sets of 40, started on 4 sets of 20. and doing seated calve raise the same 4 sets of 40 - 50

hey thanks, i do low rows and wide grip on the lat pull down. 4 sets of ten on medium weight then 2 sets of 5-6 on heavy weight.
