How I Started:
started working out when i was about 15 when my brother said " you should start doing pushups" and started doing some training at home. then started going to the gym at my school when i was about 18 and just cant stop. now i want to get as lean as i can and put on some size a bit above averege
Why I Love It:
it helps me to stay fit and keep my size, if i dont work out i tend to lose weight fast as i have a fast metabolism. every time i work out i tend to get bigger or stronger realy fast and notice changes in my body, and makes me wonder how far i can go.
How I Stay Motivated:
i like seeing the changes in my body and feeling the changes too and beeing different and not an averege jo.
Small calves? Ha ha, I think everyone has those. I might just try that. Too bad I need to learn to be consistent with calves work too.
But dang, its such a bear.
