My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds of fat in 5 weeks, so that I can look good for my dad's wedding.
Goal (Long):
I have two goals in mind, both for the short-term and long-term. For the short-term I want to lose fat (in my STOMACH mostly) so that I can finally be proud of what I look like and be comfortable in a bathing suite! I also want to be able to look good for my dad's upcoming wedding and my birthday. Also by losing the fat I will be more confident and comfortable to pursue my long-term goal which to completely transform my flabby, weak body into something that I would have never thought possible. I want to be STRONG! I want to be toned and strong so that I would be able to handle myself if I ever needed to, and also so that I can count on having a fully-functioning body when I'm old.
