Why I Love It:
It is a love/hate relationship. Sometimes the last thing i want to do is go to the gym but i know once i'm there it will be fine. I love the results and the healthy feeling that comes with being active. I also don't mind the compliments...
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at other women who are in awesome shape...it gives me something to work toward. Also seeing your body change for the better becomes pretty addicting.... I am too scared of gainning weight to ever let myself stray to far from my workout efforts
