When I Started:
How I Started:
I got sick of being skinny and feeling powerless. I joined a gym and overtrained and missused everything insight and didnt eat nearly enough. I got dissilusioned with it all and stopped going... Then I started to learn... Been doing some sort of training on an off for a few years.
Had all 2008 off due to family and work load but I am settled now so I am putting exercise into my schedule and hope to maintain it through the arival of our second child in June this year.
I have had some hip,elbow, shoulder and wrist injuries from surfing, skating, martial arts and running etc that I have put down to not having strength in the muscles that support those joints and bear the weight of movements involved. I hate being unable to do what ever I want so maintaining physical freedom is one of my goals.
I want to be able to enjoy being active with my children until I am dead!
I am just starting to put in the nutrition side and training to put on weight and gain strength and go for a sculpted look with targeted training.
Why I Love It:
I love exceeding my micro goals and the feeling I get while going for it.
I enjoy learning about how to build a better body.
I like to look good and feel confident in my ability and charachter.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember that others have done it and are doing it and they are paying the price and reaping the results and that means SO CAN I!
I have pictures of the body I want to have and I look at them daily.
I get in touch with the real being within me and forget all the distraction and negativity that arrises so strongly from time to time.

To learn all sides to building a great body and put it all together to get me to 90kg and looking lean and healthy.
Once there: To refine my physique and build experientially on the knowledge gained along the way and then to give that to as many other people as I can.
