Long story short, I known as the fat kid with no upper body strength. But I did exercise everyday. Never got a chance to lose weight. Middle school hit, I started to lose a lot of fat. I saw a lot of big people which made me want to work out. Around 10th grade thats when I started to do the real thing... and started learning slowly.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump feeling it feels as if I'm having an orgasim....
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching Pro- Body builders work out... There physik stuns me!

H.i.t. stands for High intensity training. U would have to look it up because it would take several comments to explain. Ur workouts will be quick ( like 25 minutes) but intense. Controlled lifts, form and speed r very important in h.i.t and static holds, rest-pause sets and negatives at the right time r all very important. Most do it wrong. People who follow it correctly will love it.
