Background

When I Started: Sep 2005
HOW I STARTED:

Long story short, I known as the fat kid with no upper body strength. But I did exercise everyday. Never got a chance to lose weight. Middle school hit, I started to lose a lot of fat. I saw a lot of big people which made me want to work out. Around 10th grade thats when I started to do the real thing... and started learning slowly.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the pump feeling it feels as if I'm having an orgasim....

Growing-up Back from two weeks working at the Honduras site. Nice people but their food proof to be too much for me, deep fry food is not my style, once maybe, every day is something else. Only thing I could do in the mornings were push-ups. Very happy to be back home. Jan 8, 2012 7:05am

Growing-up Yea, take it easy you too, in a way use an old runners rule: 10% do not lift more than 10% of what you lifted the week before, runners is don't run 10% more of what you did the week before... ja, ja, ja, this weekend is a 25 km run from San Jose to Los Reyes in Alajuela, and more training for my Karate brown belt.
