How I Started:
Long story short, I known as the fat kid with no upper body strength. But I did exercise everyday. Never got a chance to lose weight. Middle school hit, I started to lose a lot of fat. I saw a lot of big people which made me want to work out. Around 10th grade thats when I started to do the real thing... and started learning slowly.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump feeling it feels as if I'm having an orgasim....
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching Pro- Body builders work out... There physik stuns me!

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
Yes.... I don't have a heart rate monitor though so i use the machine

dont know yet haven't gotten the test yet

idk sometimes i switch machines or i do something like a challenge... run .5 miles as fast as poss on incline of 2 then jump on a bike for a mile at level 10... then do that 3 times.... its not so much of boring as it is hard then
