My goal is to transform my body into something I am happy with, and can say I work hard keeping myself healthy.
Goal (Long):
What would I be happy with? I'm not totally sure, as I've been overweight since middle school. I don't care to be a competitor weightlifter, but I do want nice cuts and guns that show people that I care about my body and my health.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I like being outdoors, so I try to do cardio outdoors. With that not always feasible, I have a treadmill and an elliptical machine at home.I like cycling, jogging, walking, and swimming.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't grunt, but I do talk to myself out loud to motivate me. Grunt away, guys.
This morning I got on the scale, and to my surprise, I found out that I have lost 20lbs. Over the last two weeks, I've lost the weight just by watching my diet and keeping it clean. Your diet really can make or break you.
I'm excited about the progress I've made thus far and I'm looking...
Show is on Staurday! I'm going to cut out water tommarow and slowly start to carb load. I really don't know too much of what I'm doing so I'm tring to learn as I go, as everybody responds differently to changes. I'm pretty nervous to be honest with you too, but when show time comes I'm just gonna have to do what I have to do!
Happy 4th! I'm still on the diet and it's working! August 15th is coming up and I find it hard sometimes to stay motivated sometimes due to the lack of carbs and calories, but I'm still plugging away. I've been practicing posing and routine but I've got alot of work to do still. It's all in the mind and it has to be trained just like the body. Time to go train!
Thanks man. Remember you gotta show some skin to see the progress. Stay motivated, dedicated and focused!!! You can do better then me! Filling out as much as possible on this site helps too!
I can honestly see a difference even between the April photo and the more current photos. Keep it up, your doing great. Progress pictures are best taken with shirt off though... even if not comfortable with shirtless pics. It will help you compare and see where improvements can be made.
Good to see you've posted some more recent photos. Now get them loaded into your "progress" area of your bodyspace section so you can compare against your future results. Keep up the cardio... i didn't see weight difference for a few months because I was gaining muscle at same time... but eventually the weight dropped too. Keep up the intense cardio and keep a check on the diet. -Ben
Time for an update! I'm 195lbs now and eating basically the same thing over and over again like a cow eating grass. I have to bring food to work now and eat it at the right time through the day. Workouts have been pretty intense, but overall my endurance is a little less, but the pre-workout supps help for energy and pump. I mentally feel like I'm shrinking, even though I might not be, but the cuts are coming out. The weeks are ticking by and I'm realizing the big day is getting closer.
Update Thursday May 28th, 2009. Have been doing 2 a day workouts lately experimenting with the outcome. So far so good I think, my abs are so sore! The things that used to stress me out weeks ago no longer bother me, I've risen above them. I'm just gonna go with the flow and everything will be fine. Train to gain!
Not yet 215 lbs though.....but I am patient and this month is get bulked up month so I've cut out cardio and have been eating around the clock. Sipping on some N.O. Shotgun and I'm going to train chest here in a few minutes, gotta train extra hard to make the difference between chump and champ.
