It was taken one month after i started a serious fat loss program.
In one month i lost 13 lbs and 2% fat mass, thats not what i expected, but thats good
I started this because i was 3 years at the gym, but with no wheight loss, so i decided to take a serious fat loss program, changing not only the time spent on gym, but my life.
So im loosing wheight, changing my nutrition and habits, to live better.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Overweight exercice.
If you can do 8-10 lifts, then you are using more weight than you can, you should try less weight and do exercices more slowly and controlled way.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Shoulder exercices with bar or dumbells, because they are exercices for a weak muscle and over your head, so you dont have to think a lot to imagine how can injury´s appear.
