Sorry for my late reply. Those day I'm busy studing for university exams and doing a lot of house projects. It's difficult to find time to share with my family, friends and BB friends. Dumbbell exercises as before, using them twice a month because I can't find time. Any advices for university exams and the way to find time to use more often dumbbells? Ans how's your's going? Well these year I think it would be worst than the past one, because it's my first year at university and I can't find time to exercise. Maybe once a month I do some lounges, dumbbell flyes and dumbbell side bends, that's my routine when I have time. Hope your's is better. Merry Xmas and best wishes for 2010!

Well, the problem which I have with my weight is that after every summer I come back to study with 4 or 5 more kilos. Two years ago I was the same height but I weighed from 50 to 55 kilos. That's the reason why I just want to lose weight and at the same time add a bit of muscular mass, but only to be visible. I want to join a gym but these year is the first at university and I can't find time. How about your situation?

Well, I think I'm at the same point, not for having reached the same progress that you've acomplished, which are amazing, but I can't find time to work out because this year is my first year at the university and I have a lot of things to do, and at the same time some days I don't have time to eat, so the only thing I do is lose weight.

Perdóname por responder tan tarde. Pero la universidad no me ha dejado tiempo, todos los días haciendo cosas. La verdad es que este primer año no voy a tener tiempo de apuntarme a un gimnasio y no podré conseguir buenos resultados. Además como no tengo tiempo para comer lo único que hago es perder peso pero no gano masa muscular. ¿Cómo te va a ti?

First year at university is a big change, because in school you've always the teachers helping you and now you've to solve your problems by your own. It's a diferent way to work. On September I wanted to sign up on a gym but I realised that the first year at university it's the worst and I don't have any time to go, so I'am working as before, with dumbbells and weight exercices.

At this moment results are more visible because at the same time I eat less and I get thinner. What about you in both, university and work out?

No importa, porque además me imagino que en el teclado no tendrás (´) ni tampoco (ñ). Otra cosa que te recomiendo es que cuando puedas te compres unas pesas (dumbbells). Si tienes alguna que otra duda pregúntame. Goog luck.
