How I Started:
When the summer ended I realized I had won and I wanted to lose five kilos, I found the site and decided to further increase my muscles.
Why I Love It:
I like to watch how my muscles develop after days of hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of working out and thinking about how much I improved since I began exercising. Besides BB comunity comments and reaching my goal.

Goal (Long):
Increase my ABS, arms and also legs, that's my goal. I want to look more muscular and, at the same time I don't want to gain weight, I want to lose it.
All of this because I want to be proud of my body in the summer, when everybody goes to the beach.

I train with a split program so each day i work a different muscle group. I try to do exerices with bar and also with dumbells, that s better for muscular growth. My program is written on my bodyspace.
sorry ... made a mistake ... And I'm fine but what about you? I'm in vacation ... training only at home ... doing what I can ... yes ... the tendency is always growing ... but the thing is that what you eat and how you train is what you will say how much and how you will grow ... and I did not do very well in this very end of the year ... but next year I'll train like crazy! with plenty of motivation coming from you! happy new year with many gains! that you can achieve all your goals ...

try to workout directly after school, since you will probably take a break before you start homework and projects, anyway. My workout is goin alright, I took a break over the holidays but will return soon, happy holidays and a happy new year
hye not to rag on ya but u want to gain muscle and yet lose weight. u dont look like u have a lot of wieght to lose. if u start to develop muscle correctly u will gain weight. u shld focus on that

i kinda stopped working out for sports and examz but im gna go back in a month or so, my body is a lil better now :D

things are goin good for me at work and school but my workout is less satisfying...I injured my shoulder again and now I*m limited...can't really do my routine =( but my final exams are coming up too so I don't really have time to workout anyway =) in December I'll fully satart again
hey sorry for late reply. i have been heaps busy with schooling the past year and havent really been training. ive just finished year 12 and am getting right back into it.
