When the summer ended I realized I had won and I wanted to lose five kilos, I found the site and decided to further increase my muscles.
Why I Love It:
I like to watch how my muscles develop after days of hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of working out and thinking about how much I improved since I began exercising. Besides BB comunity comments and reaching my goal.

I want to increase the size of my muscles to be able to take off my shirt at the pool in summer and on the beach and feel good.

Increase my ABS, arms and also legs, that's my goal. I want to look more muscular and, at the same time I don't want to gain weight, I want to lose it. All of this because I want to be proud of my body in the summer, when everybody goes to the beach.

Well in the spring and the beginning of the summer I was dieting a bit to look good in the summer but i realised that i started too late and now im eatin a lot again and trying to get bigger so that i can start dieting earlier next year

I haven't achieved my goals for summer yet, I'm too demanding when it comes too my body. I can't be satisfied with my results yet =) I hope your exams turn out great. Have fun in greece ;) don't drive the greek females too crazy ;) keep it up alvaro
