How I Started:
Long Story short: LifeLong athlete from 12yrs to 25yrs old. Broke Leg my leg at 26yrs old and went from 170lb-9% bodyfat to 191lb-23% bodyfat in 4 months (ewwwww). Lost @11lbs of the "excess," but really got serious in 2002. Got back down to 177 - 10%bodyfat, but then wanted to see how muscular I could get. Currently 196lbs at 14% bodyfat. working on Transitioning Muscle Mass for Bodyfat. GOAL - 190/195lbs at 7-9% bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
I look, move and FEEL better than most 20yr olds I know!!!

BB Accomplishments:
**Startin to see the abcage at 190+ lbs now, waistline has gone from a 35 to a 32 in 2months. As of DEC 20th: Benched 310 for two reps (at 202lbs), and squatted 405lbs for SIX reps!**
After the year that I've had, I'm pretty much STARTING OVER, but at least, I KNOW what I'm doing now, and what I need to do in order to make my body respond!

Goal (Long):
I am going to perform what my bud calls a "10-5 trade" over the next 30 days (Starting Jan 8th!). Loose 10lbs bodyfat, while putting on 5lbs of lean mass. The following 30 days I plan to do a 8-5 trade. This means I'll be lifting heavier, and working more towards putting on lean muscle. During the first 30 days, I will increase my running capacity from 3miles in 30 minutes to 3.6 in 30 minutes. I'll be increasing the # of reps i do per set instead of increasing the weight. Additionally, I will be eating only CLEAN FOOD for six days of the week. i will "cheat" with only 1 PBJ sandwich or 4 Nilla Wafers each day, and reward myself with 1 FULL cheat day per 7 days!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Well, I like my own body, because I've gone from a 145lb skinny guy (when graduating college) and have added 50lbs of bodyweight, with only
4 inches of that going to my waist...and without working with ANY outside

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
The 2008 Mr. Olympia, DEXTER "The BLADE" JACKSON has held amazing proportion and cuts for the last TEN YEARS; and he's not one of the "Gorilla Guys" that are just too damn massive. He and Ken "Flex" Wheeler in the early 90s represent the pinnacle of how a bodybuilder is supposed to look...just like a SuperHero. Honorable Mentions: David Henry, Phil Heath, Kevin Levrone (Big, but SUPERB Proportion when he competed), Victor Martinez (watch that midsection Vic!), Darrem Charles, and Ronnie Coleman from 1998 to 2003.
