How I Started:
January 07 I was fat 260 5 feet 10 inches.
By November 07 I lost 97 lbs.
As of 4/07/08 I've lost a total of 107 pounds.
Why I Love It:
Its an esacpe. Every time I do it I just turn on my music and hit the weights or treadmill. After I'm done and shower up, I can relax and just feel like I've done something worthwhile and rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at other people who are in my situation and try to help them out, whether it be on Bodybuilding.com or Yahoo! Answers. I also see how far I've come with the weight loss, and I think that if I just stopped now, I would only be half way complete.
After my 100 pound fat loss, this is what I looked like at 160.
I didn't like it and decided to change.
I'm thinking im around 13% bodyfat here.
I seem to carry most of my weight in my midsection, since my arms, biceps, thighs, and calves have large visible veins in them.
