How I Started:
I wanted to be like my older brothers. They both played football and I wanted be like them. I played football, basketball & track & field. I went on to play college ball. Worked out religously.

Goal (Long):
I want to transform my body inside and out by changing my diet up the right way. I will focus on eating natural foods and limit processed foods. I will also insert exercise into my daily regimine.
