I looked it at. The programs looks pretty sound. However, I like being in the gym almost everyday. So, I don't like 3-4 day splits.

It's been a slow process of back and forth. I drop bodyfat and my weight goes down, while I increas muscle and my weight goes up. In the end, I'm looking to reach that huge lean mass. I'd like my bf% to be no more than 7%-10% TOPS...so I still have some work to do. Glad to hear you're still going at it as well.
