How I Started:
I started during my last year in college, where i became sedentary and lazy. I would think back to my fitter days and do nothign about it, but little by little i obtained more and more motivation and information about the basic "how to's". Now I'm to the point where i currently do not see myself not being in the gym more less than 3X a week
Why I Love It:
I love it Because its a constant fight against my biggest critic, ME! It's a challenge and i love pushing my self to new limits i did not know i had. I also like thinking about the things i caouldn't do two months ago and looking at the ease which i can do them now!
How I Stay Motivated:
OMG I picture my self at my peak body shape! I wonder how much weight i could possibly be lifting, and how long i can run b4 i have to drink some water! As long as i can see myself at that point i know i will get there!
BB Accomplishments:
I am starting to see slight definition in certain areas. I have also lost 13 lbs (i wonder how much of that was lean muscle.... oh well)

Goal (Long):
I want to get my body fat percentage to 19-15% while keeping my muscle mass at an all time high, for life. I dont have superfical and unhealthy goals like "i want to be 115 lbs" ... i don't i don't care for much about weight. I want to see my muscles be healthy and get back into shape by the time i turn 25! AND I KNOW I WILL DO IT!

i believe 4 months is 120 days x 1 hour of jump rope = 120 hours = 5 days. so get to it. plus you have to lift wieghts. only in NY can one guy resign for having a hidden affair on his wife, and the next guy has a known affair (obviously that's better than keeping it secret- lol)
