Multiply your weight x 12 Eat that many calories for 4 weeks. Spread them out in 6 meals. 1g protein per lb/weight. Up your cardio to 5 times per week, do it hard, you should feel your muscles burn. If you don't see results in 4 weeks, lower intake by 300 or so calories. Repeat for 4 weeks.
