This photo of my arm was taken almost a year ago. I'll try to post something more recent soon.
Judging by the photo, I think that I didn't put on muscle (or fat, for that matter) over the last year. I suppose that I need to vary my routine and include at least some work with heavier weights.
Stick to my 2009 New Year's resolutions: eat well, stay active, be happy.
Goal (Long):
I resolved at the beginning of 2009 to make this a healthy year. I want to balance muscle gain with flexibility, so I do yoga (mostly ashtanga) a little more often than I lift weights. I'm also trying to be a vegetarian, but I've eaten fish a few times when a guest at someone's house for dinner.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
