Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to bulk and gain around 15 pounds over the next 6-8 months
Goal (Long): I recently had a pretty bad sports accident involving my knee and i have lost almost all progress from the past year. I have lost around 20 pounds along with quite a bit of muscularity. My long term goal is to get back into working out and gain my way back to where i was!!

I like to pair up muscles with their opposite group. I love the pump and still have strength left over for the 2nd part of the workout.
