I have been working out for quite a while in this picture, a few years at least.
Recent. Started bulking and working our for about 2 weeks since the doctors said i could.

I recently had a pretty bad sports accident involving my knee and i have lost almost all progress from the past year. I have lost around 20 pounds along with quite a bit of muscularity. My long term goal is to get back into working out and gain my way back to where i was!!
