Make your dreams a reality... if you were to tell me i was winning bodybuilding shows 3 years ago i would have never believed it, if you need any help feel free to hit me up.
I can see that being a problem since you want to stay in the corp. I think you'll probably be good though, just give it some time and some fish oil. And yeah, that inability to train hard and heavy probably is messing with you in the head. I know it messed with me after a surgery I had a few years back.
However, just look at it as for the best and when you're back to normal you'll be even better than before.
Man, thats awful. Sorry to hear that. Eh, it'll heal over time though. Geez you got me wanting to go to the chiro now. Well, in the meantime I'm sure you're training to just stay well, in shape, and not overly heavy, right?
Understandable. While in that condition you never want to be too gung ho despite the fact the rest of your body says so. Out till december though? I know you're watching what you eat while you out then.
Back injury? Man, that stinks. How'd you get it and what kind of injury is it?
I'm glad you can nurse it and aren't doing anything crazy like a friend of mine who has a slipped disc but has been training hard and heavy 6 days a weeks ince it happened. He says he's fixing it. I tell him he's just nuts!
How long does the doc have you out for?
Its been alright. Training is consistent, frequent, and although not as brutal as before, its still pretty close. Its not even interfering with anything else in my life at this point, so the nutrition is on point as well.
How about yourself though?
Well for me, i hate running and "typical" cardio...I shortin up the rest time during sets to keep my heart rate up and if im trying to cut up a lil bit ill do more supersets and circut type workouts. Also im a big fan of plyometrics and french creek has a good set up over there with the plyo boxes
Yah were doing a year tour out here, ill be home around jan/feb. Sucks but owell...Keep the machines over at french creek oiled up for me, when i get back its go time!
be careful. I tried rushing back into the gym trying to keep up with a stupid deadline I had set despite the damage my body suffered. So be carefl. a back injury could not only end your bb career it could make living life fully near IMPOSSIBLE. Keep it rockin!
