When I was 16 I weighed 180lbs, I was extremely chunky and ate the worst kinds of food possible. Joined the track team and became frustrated with my terrible performance so I totally changed my diet and cut sweets, junk, and fast foods, only ate healthy and I ran everyday. The strictness of ths increased and eventually i lost 50 pounds. I then began weight training for football for my senior year. I developed an obsession for bodybuilding. I've become more and more dedicated and devoted to the sport and t is now offically my life
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is the outlet for all the stress and problems I deal with on a daily basis, plus the feeling i get while I punish my muscles in the gym is unexplainable. there is no greater thrill for me then lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated to the point where I freak out if i cant get to a workout haha Ive worked it into my brain that lifting is something that needs to be done and its what i enjoy
BB Accomplishments:
dropping alot of bodyfat and gaining as much muscle as I have in a short time.
Hey Spencer! Just checkin' up on ya. You're really developing a well balanced physique. Your chest and arms are competition quality. You should consider competing one day. I think you'll do well.
Hey Spencer! Thanks for the add! Man, very impressive abdominals. Your abs are going to be better than mine if I'm not careful. I'm going to have to step up my game. Great job, buddy! :)
