How I Started:
I was working on a cruise ship and needed a way to keep in shape. It was the first time I picked up a weight and I've never looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it keeps me feeling good and looking good! There's nothing like the high you get when you give it all you've got in the gym!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be in the best shape possible. That's why I'm on this site, to be inspired by people with the same type goals, making the same sacrifices!
BB Accomplishments:
Being in good shape over 40 and going from a body fat % of 10% to 8% in 4 weeks.

This is before I started working with a trainer to get cut.
Legs are coming along slowly. I wanted to show them to keep me honest. A bit more definition, not much more mass.

My goal for 2008 and beyond is to get in the best shape of my life and to motivate others to reach they're goals. I must admit I'm still obsessed with having bigger quads(it will happen in 08). Most importantly I want to continue to get better with age.

Answering your question about legs: I hit legs overall once a week. I hit calves a second time each week since they're a priority for me. I'm in the squatting is the best leg exercise camp, but my lower/mid back have convinced me to use leg presses lately.
