I want to finish recovering from my second ACL tear. I want to run the Orlando marathon in January. I want to constantly be progressing and be in the best shape of my life everyday. Hey thanks for the update on cellucore. Have you tried the Superpump yet? I am a huge fan of it. I just find I have to cycle on and off of the Nitric oxides. I am currently using Expand. Pretty good results. Pumps last most of the day.

Hey just a heads up.... the tingling your getting is also refered to as a niacin rush, Niacin is a B-3. Im not knocking White Flood by any means. I have heard there great. If you eat a small amount of carbs 15-20 min before taking SuperPump and let the SuperPump sit after shaking for 10 min. it should take of the GI issues.

Its been like a pound up a pound down every few days- back and forth - hardly any real change, those last 10 lbs just won't budge! :( I noticed that I gained some strength though - go me!! lol
