When I Started:
Jul, 2009
How I Started:
I was in a unhappy marriage for eleven years. I am a really great cook and the only way to keep my miserable ex wife happy was to keep her mouth full. We both gained a ton of weight, and once the (bleep) left I decided to better occupy my time at the gym. It was fun and a great way to let loose the negative energy that I had. I lost alot of weight at first. I got with a personal trainer and as of the first of the year decided to do the whole body transformation thing. I hope to enter some kind of contest next year even if I dont win. Just being able to be there would be an amazing accomplishment. Unfortunately I was dumb enough to get back with my ex for a while, and not to make excuses, but that was enough of a distraction to erase the gains that I had made. But I was finally smart enough to kick her to the curb and now I am back at it full force.
Why I Love It:
I dont, I (bleep)ing hate every minute of it. But I sure do like the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by looking in the mirror. But I also like to redirect anger.
BB Accomplishments:
Personal satisfaction. It comes and it goes.

AllisonHellchanged Weight from 239 lbs. to 254 lbs., a 15 lb. gain in 35 days
This was at my fattest. I think I was around 320+ here. I didnt start really going until September of 2008, but these were pictures of me when I was at my peak of disgustingness.
After being in the new life that I have chosen for a few weeks now, I realize that its a lot of work both in and out of the gym. If you are going to the gym three times a week and expecting results, then you are wasting your time. It takes work outside of the gym as well.
Thanks for the comment. Right now its Taco Bell as my "filler" of choice. Since I work there, the price is right :) I just have to remember to eat on a regular basis, not "just when I'm hungry". I'm slowly gaining weight. I just dont wanna get "fat" in the process. Good luck with your goals.
