hey!... yeah, very small world. I haven't used this site in a really long time... I usually just delete things from my email and then I saw what you wrote haha! i don't think we ever actually met though?

Hey chicka, I was actually only in Ontario for a short while visiting my boyfriend, I live in newfoundland originally. It's a beautiful place though and I cant wait to go back there!! Congrats with all your success as well, I had a bump in my training there for a while but Im about to get back in it again. hard core ;)

hey there. I met Jay when he was in newfoundland for a guest pose. just noticed you go to bodyworks in btown im here for a visit and thats where im training! awesome gym there!!!

Hey hows is going? yep he is going to try for the canadian nationals this year. no he doesnt use this site at least not that much! Im nowhere near ready to enter into any kind of competition lol, maybe sometime in the future!:)

Thx. And its going good, unfortunately I have to get a wisdom tooth out tomorrow! no training for a few days for me haha
