Machine Bench Press: 60 lbs/3/12
Incline Press: 40 lbs/3/12
DB Flies: 15 lbs/3/15
Push-ups: 3/20
Machine Crunch: (sit ups this time): 3/15
Side Bends: 25lbs. 3/20 (each side)
Hanging Leg Raises (alternate: lying down)3/20

Day 2 (Wednesday): Shoulders and Abs
Bench Press: 35 lbs. 3/12
DB Side Raises: 5 lbs 4/12
Seated, Bent Over Raises: 5 lbs. 3/12

Side Bends: 25 lbs. 3/20
Hanging Leg Raise: 3/20 (not hanging; lying down)

Day 3 (Thursday): Back and Cardio

Hey, everyone....except for those of you in Florida, I imagine that, as I, you are looking forward to spring.


This spring brings with it some additional challenges, and I am hoping that the bodybuilding.com community can be their usual helpful selves in providing comment, assistance and information.

Hello, fellow BB members! :-)?? The pastfew months have represented some challenges.?? The massage therapy school curriculum is fast-paced and demanding--especially as the five-week unit comes to a close.?? Still, I'm managing a very respectable GPA and getting to the gym.?? However, I'm STILL not seeing the results I would expect from a 5-day program (switched to 3/1 in April).?? In my view, it's an aggressive program:?? 1 hour of cardio, then a weight routine that always includes ab work and an additional body part (shoulders, chest, legs).??
