Started to workout as a teen and continued on and off until my mid 30's. I have always trained naturally, and can safely say I always will. In early 2003 I decided that I wanted to compete in a bodybuilding show. I trained for two years with the contest as my main focus. I was happy with my body at this contest and got bitten by the contest bug. I really enjoy getting on stage.
Why I Love It:
I love working towards a goal, and striving to make sure it comes to fruition. I also really enjoy watching my body change as my development improves.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a clear picture in my mind of how I want my body to look, a long term goal if you will, and I push myself very hard to ensure that I attain my goal.
BB Accomplishments:
In April 2007 I won my weight class in my second contest. I was pleased with my development my first contest, one year earlier.

Awesome contest pics! Keep up the good work. It's great to see a natural lifter show people you can look huge and ripped without junk! Good luck with the next 10 pounds!
Looking wonderful, man. Guess natural is the way to go, right? Keep up with the good work. Though I think keeping hairless takes more time than doing a good back workout..lol
