How I Started:
Started out by training to increase my speed, strength, and endurance for soccer. Now that Im done with that and school I spend my time helping others learn about healthy living.
Why I Love It:
My body is my life. Its with you every second of your life, I/we owe it to ourselves to treat it right. Also seeing results in others knowing you helped be the catalyst that inspired their transformation
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing there is always room for improvement. Seeing my body change and seeing others around me change. And of course FOR THE GIRLS!:)
BB Accomplishments:
My strength was my attribute in my sport, its why I was so dominent for my position. Physically and mentally no-one in soccer could match me.
I have my degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science along w/ 2 certs in training and nutrition. Ill be acquiring my CSCS soon, hopefully....

Been bored of running on the treadmill after my workouts, so I decided to throw in some jump rope.  I ran on the tread for 3 mins @ 6.5mph & 3%, immediatly after I jumped rope for 2 mins.  I took a 45 sec break in between and completed 5 circuits of this.  The 25mins went by in no time and...

Hey thanks for the add. I started playing indoor soccer a couple of years ago as a goalie and got yelled at for not playing sooner lmao. I love it. I may only be 5'3 but I can fly lmao as they say
