Results!!! I have had a true passion for fitness since I was in the 9th grade but I struggled with my weight not having the knowledge I needed to accomplish my goals so I spent alot of time with trial and error. As you all know, your knowledge continues to grow as fitness continues to grow with science, so I'm still learning.The few things that never change is DISCIPLINE, DETERMINATION, DEDICATION, a HARD WORK!!!!
