When I Started:
How I Started:
I used to lift weights back in high school from 2003-2004. I was very small back then and weighed only 125 pounds. Even at 125 lbs, I benched 260, which was more than twice my weight. I had a pretty good strength to weight ratio and was very lean. After high school however, I stopped working out. From 2005 to mid 2007, I started getting fat. I decided to get back into shape early August of 2007, and began working out again.

The size of my forearms, biceps, and back have increased dramatically since I first started working out again. I don't even look like the same person.

Forearms August 28th 2007 Forearms January 10th, 2008
This was taken August 28th, 2007 after one month of getting back into weightlifting. I lost about 12 pounds of fat and was pretty lean at the time.
Forearms got noticeably bigger. Biceps got much bigger too, although you can't tell in this pic since I wasn't pumped.
