yeah i'm still working on making this a lifestyle. i was doing well, had an awesome workout buddy which helped to motivate us both. then i moved and have been struggling since. so... my goal for the winter months is to make the gym routine part of my schedule and my lifestyle

yeah... work has been pretty crazy the last few weeks, and i find it really hard to stick to my diet when i'm in the field for 12 hr days. usually go all day without eating so when the day is done i'm so hungry i just don't wanna eat healthy. but hopefully things will maintain a more normal pace for the next little while. back to the gym this week. how's things with you?

yeah i know what you mean. i'm fine when i'm in the office, but as soon as i head out into the field it's so much harder to stick to a diet. but i lost 15 lbs and 4% bodyfat in 2 weeks on that plan i mentioned. so it works. gonna do it for another 2 weeks now, leading up to the houseboat trip. and then after we'll see about doing it again.

i'm doing ok. weight loss is kinda stalled... actually went back up again due to my work schedule being nuts and my resolve crumbling LOL. but it's all good. i'll hit it hard after my vacation again and reach my goal eventually... not a race... so i keep telling myself ;-)

things are going pretty well. diet is good - last week was a little hectic and i slipped a couple times but nothing major and i still lost... so all good. this week is still hectic, but diet is better. haven't made it back to the gym yet due to being out of town for work quite a lot... next week maybe... and how are things on your end?
