How I Started:
I started when i was in middle school. I was on and off all the time untill i got into highschool then i got serious about working out and keeping fit, I enlisted in the army back in 2000 and got into the best shape of my life, after i came off of active duty and started the guard program, i got a desk job and now i have blown up. time to get back in the mix of things.
Why I Love It:
I love the high i get after a grueling workout, seeing how far i can go before i break.
How I Stay Motivated:
well right now im currently at Camp Arifjan Kuwait, soo as HOT as it is here, you want to try to loose weight and stay in shape, if not you will be miserable. so that is another form of motivation for me.

Thanks for your interest..I work with a lot of people who are deployed, I create the meal plan as though you could get anything, then you tell me what you cannot get..It usually isn't much that we have to alter..Thanks,Steve
