I want to drop 20 pounds by mid-December so that I look great for my lunch with an Emmy award winning producer!
Goal (Long):
I want to further improve my eating habits, which is the most difficut thing and therefore gain the willpower to do so. I want a lean body and I want to have a great, tight, toned tummy. I can do this by the end of the year.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
16%

training and life in general has been going really well. I reach my 190lb goal and now i'm shooting for 195-200lbs. no reason, just to see if i can. i'm glad your back on track! you need some progress pics up there... have a good one
