I have always been a skinny kid that was picked on and picked last for sports. I had average athletic skills and never excelled at anything. After I joined the military I began to workout on a regular basics and fell in love with it. When I went to the desert I worked out everyday! Mainly b/c there is nothing else to do, but it was amazing to be on that strict of a regiment. I can't wait to go back again. Until then I am trying to stay focused the best I can and workout 5 days a week with a lot of cardio. I skimboard as much as possible. Which is amazing for cardio. Constantly sprinting full speed to the water, catching waves and walking back in through the water will wear you out. I swim at my pool all the time as well and run when I can. I don't have a great sense of knowledge on workouts but I do my best and read magazines a lot. I would like to just be bigger overall and have a nice proportioned body.
