B.Bunni here reporting 4 duty...I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! work out daily if a muscle is sore just an easy work out to get a pump and then work something else hard .. eat alot all day.. ceasion protein at night.. hi carb mean in the morning .. multi vitamin, l-glutamine is pretty good for recovery, creatine is ok just stop takin it for a while if ur stomach hurts cuz u dont need it for a while ur system has to much in it already..
