In an Winter Rut....

So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice

back at it after 1 month off, bring the pain!

Well I'm Pregnant now so I guess the losing 10 pounds is out of the question. Have a healthy pregnancy.

It's official. I fly out to Stuttgart Germany 5 March 2010 for 4+ mths. Lets see what this TRX will do for me.
