How I Started:
I got started in olympic weightlifting at a young age. I didn't do it for too long because I moved to another city, but I learned to use proper form. Later, I started weight training in college, but never got too big. I stoped for the past seven years and started working out this June again. I am very motivated and glad to see how my body has responded. Now I make going to the gym a priority, before something always came up and I was putting it off.
Why I Love It:
I like it because it is a good way to relieve stress and I get motivated when I see other people who are in very good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seen other people at the gym and what they have accomplished. Being Focused.
hey thanx buddie for the compliment,i try an watch my diet an get to the gym at least four times a week but thats not always the case,realy no secret jus a lot of motivation an positive people at bodyspace,hey wish u the best with your fitness goals for the 09.

thanks for the compliment. In order for your legs or any muscle to grow you need to lift heavy weights. Make sure you can handle the weight so my advise is that you start out with a light weight and increase it as you get stronger. Make sure your form is correct. this will keep you from injuring yourself. Good luck man.
Man, that's too bad -- I love working my legs, too & I'd hate to lose that ability! Well, I hope they get to the place where you can get some good workouts in with them. :) Have a great weekend!
I think it is being consitant with workouts. i finish chest with 2 sets pushups to failure, after back workout pullups 2 sets to failure. food is the most important. i dont eat much. my struggle is to up food content. thanks for the comp. good luck and keep in touch, Rick
I noticed results when I started a new supplement -- Universal Animal M Stak. Then I made a steady effort in eating more than I have been. I increased my caloric intake to around 4000. That's when I made gains. I'm back down to about 3000 calories/day right now. I'll start back up in another week. So far, so good. I'm maintaining between 159 & 162lbs.

my training is going fine! as a matter of fact, i'm going in gym in 10 min... motivation is pretty high, especially since the school started! any progress? well, i've noticed my quads are getting bigger :) i've been away from gym for 10 days and i got a bit bf but i plan to burn it pretty soon! cheers!
