I got started in olympic weightlifting at a young age. I didn't do it for too long because I moved to another city, but I learned to use proper form. Later, I started weight training in college, but never got too big. I stoped for the past seven years and started working out this June again. I am very motivated and glad to see how my body has responded. Now I make going to the gym a priority, before something always came up and I was putting it off.
Why I Love It:
I like it because it is a good way to relieve stress and I get motivated when I see other people who are in very good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seen other people at the gym and what they have accomplished. Being Focused.

Thanks man. Everything is going well. I've been working out with a partner & he has really helped push me. I'm steadily gaining strength and muscle. Just what I'm working towards!

Hi and thanks for such nice comment about my lean body. I will try to tell you what I do in short form .. kind of hard to do but I will get back to you soon ;) but I do eat whole foods, Juice, veg's, 3 diff type of protein's in my smoothies ... stay away from white sugars and don't eat too much beef and or read meet... I'll tell you more when I have time to send you msg.. or make a bog but you can visit my web page http://members.cox.net/nectarf itness/ for some info :)
Thanks man! Diet is the key. Honestly, you should add some more muscle at your height more than trying to get really lean. So, keep your cals high enough to make gains, but just keep it quality and clean. Good luck!
Hey, do you do calorie cycling, or carb cycling? You do this zig-zagging pattern in which you have 2-3days of high carbs/calories followed by 1day of lower carbs/calories. It works fine for me in keeping bodyfat to a low. Also cardio and regular lifting helps.
i'm very strict with my carbs intake, max of 20grams per meal & bump up my protein intake up to 60grams per meal. sounds cliche? but that works. good luck :)
Yeah your right, in these pics I am 5.2%. The only thing I can really suggest is stay very strict to your diet, up your cardio, and take a strong fat burner(in that order), and then let time take care of the rest.
