Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I just turned 25 and I realized I'm not as fit as I should be. I've never really been insecure about my body, but I know I can definitely improve it. Your only young once! Mightest well be fit and ripped. My goal is to lean down and create a ripped physic. The only problem I have when it come to obtaining a fitness goal is eating, I LOVE food and temptation is a killer. All BS aside, I can do this! I know I can, and I willl! .....and as a result of this fitness goal, I hope to inspire and motivate other people! We can do this! Persistence is the key! Don't give up and live it up. :)

On my cardio days I tried not to over work out my body to prevent catabolism and also worked on my ab's . A typical Cardio & Ab's work-out week looked something like this:  -TUESDAY: 400 crunches  & Plyometrics -THURSDAY: 400 crunches & Yoga -SATURDAY: 400 crunches & Stair Master (45 minutes) -SUNDAY: Light Run or Rest day    The time I would do my cardio work-out's varied. CPTAmer Ya man I do it a few times a year actually. Its good because you cut way the heck back on fat intake. High in grains, fruits and veggies. You really need to make sure your doing it right through. You could try giving yourself Veggie Days, once or twice a week to see what its like. I love it, you don't need to be vegetarian to enjoy it.
