Background
I just turned 25 and I realized I'm not as fit as I should be. I've never really been insecure about my body, but I know I can definitely improve it. Your only young once! Mightest well be fit and ripped. My goal is to lean down and create a ripped physic. The only problem I have when it come to obtaining a fitness goal is eating, I LOVE food and temptation is a killer. All BS aside, I can do this! I know I can, and I willl! .....and as a result of this fitness goal, I hope to inspire and motivate other people! We can do this! Persistence is the key! Don't give up and live it up. :)
