What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats. For the mthe hardest part is getting enough protein. I just dont feel like eating 2pounds of meat every day. In this, the protein powders help tremendously.
I try to eat lots of salads every days and some fruits. Whole cereals (oatmeal) and above all, stay away from sugars. The sweets are the hardest thing to stay away from. I like them too much and it is unreal how they affect fat loss. When i keep it super clean for a couple weeks the amunt of fat i loss is unbelieveable.
I try to keep the caloric deficit at 1000calories per day, because i generally have one day of the week when i eeat above maintenance and practically anything i want without going crazy.
So far it has been working very well and i am very satisfied with the results.
For anyone starting dieting my main advice would be to stay about from sugars and in general dirty foods as much as possible. The calorie is a calorie mentallity can work for a while but when you change to make things more complete the changes are quite evident. 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats.
