Push yourself, maybe even out of your comfort zone and you will get where you want to go. The secret, if there really is one, is eating 5 or 6 small, hi protein, lo carb, lo fat meals a day, working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I used the Body for Life program for my body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following it. Give me a yell if I can offer assistance.
