Goal (Long):
To run some 2 or 5milers events in 2010. I love to jog/run when I stick to it! For now I just want to commit to something and be determine to follow it thru. I need to prove to myself once and for all that despite my failures, I do have the determination, desire, and discipline inside me!
Ultimate goals: 2/5k..10k then ultimataly 26k in the next years...
'09 was disatrous for me in terms of my efforts to lose weight and get fit! Even though its just November, Im ready to kick start this now and not wait until till Jan! I've wasted money on gyms and trainers and it all boils down to my continue lack of desire and discipline, if this continues...

I went head first for meat one day to a vegan lifestyle the next. It wasnt too hard. But I wanted the change... and here I am today! haha, I get few people that say something related to my physique and lifestyle.
Yeah, I can understand about the time issue...only been able to log in as much because I'm on vacation...I'd love to do another challenge and seems like a few newbies want to as well.
