I want to lose 30lbs of fat and then proceed to tone up.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to look in the mirror and see a healthy, confident, and accomplished person. I want to live a well-rounded life, without having to worry about my weight, because I'll already be in a regime that keeps me occupied.
