i have'nt chosen a competition yet but i want to do at least one more this year so wish me luck!!

well the Texas Shredder was April 25 and i got 1st in bikini masters and 3rd in figure masters all the hard work and sacrafice did pay off

im 2 wks out and leaning out and of cours feeling cranky im at 12%body fat and hoping to drop to 9%
